SHIPPING & RETURNS

Returns Policy

We put great care into what we do and we also care about our leather secret  customers! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 14 days and ship it within 30 days. We'll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. If you find your purchase to be not quite right for you, please email us at support@leathersecret.in quoting your order number. We will then send you the return address and instructions.

RETURN TIME:
Returned orders must be postmarked within 14 days from receiving day.  it is especially important that goods are returned to us in pristine condition.

REFUND:
Once goods are returned in original condition we will process a refund. It may take up to 10 working days to see the refund on your credit card or account (depending on the original payment method).

GOODS CONDITION:
Please make sure your returned goods are unused and in their original packaging.

 

ORDER EXCHANGE:
We are not able to directly exchange goods. If you decide you would like a different product you can place a new order. Once your original order is returned we will process a refund.

EXCEPTIONS:
We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit and recommend that you use a tracked delivery service when returning your order.

Please note that order shipping costs and import fees are non-refundable.

Delivery time usually take

  • 5-7 days to the USA

  • 5-7 days to UK

  • 3-6 days within IND 

  • 7-10 days within the EU

  • 10-15 days Rest of the World

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?


All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
